* Lost Furry Friends *
This page is dedicated to all those who have lost their four legged friends,
past and present ...
If you have ever owned a dog you will understand - a dog becomes close family, your best friend, your most trusty and loyal companion who will stick with you through thick and thin. He will have many unique and human like traits such as his own likes and dislikes, his own sense of humour and of fun, he will have moods and curiosity, and many other things which mark him out as a living feeling sentient individual. Because of this we so easily become extremely attached to them, and when it's their time to go the sense of loss and bereavement is just as deep as it is for the loss of any loved one, human or otherwise.

The one absolute, unselfish friend that man can have in this selfish world - the one that never deserts him, the one that never proves ungrateful or treacherous - is his dog .... He will kiss the hand that had no food to offer, he will lick the wounds and sores that come in encounter with the roughness of the world .... When all other friends desert, he remains. George G. Rainbows Bridge - A poem about a place where all our furry friends go to wait until the day we may be reunited with them once again.
pcsonline.org.uk - A service we hope we never need, but if/when we do.... This is where we had our Dusky cremated and her ashes were returned in a small wooden casket with her name engraved on it. They also do other associated services and memorial items.
